Dan Hersey looks over your message: the town, the kind of unit and anything you already know about the lot, such as a septic field out back or a garage you hope to build over. Then we agree on a day to come and see the property.He walks the lot and reads the rule
Before the visit, Dan reads your town's ADU section, so the talk on the lot starts with what the town allows. On the day, he measures to the lot lines, finds the sewer line or the septic field and looks over the garage or the house the unit would join.Your price comes in writing
The written price sets out the unit, the utility work and the foundation, each on its own line. Any job above $3,000 goes on a contract with both our signatures, and the deposit can reach one third of the price at most.
